Rightline Cargo Bag Recommendation for Hyundai Tucson with Naked Roof

I have a similar solution that may interest you by Rightline, but the # RL100B90 that you referenced does require a roof rack be installed on the vehicle.
Instead the Rightline Gear Ace 2 part # RL100A20 can attach to a vehicle with a naked roof, the difference though is that it rests on top of the vehicle and not at the rear. This can carry up to 15 cubic feet which is similar to the other bag that can carry up to 13.
I also recommend a protective pad, # RL100650, to protect the roof when using the bag.
