Im a beginner! Never owned a 5th Wheel. I have a 1999 C1500 long bed . Will E16 hitch work and universal install kit work?

Since Curt does not have a universal style fifth wheel rail kit for your 1999 Chevy C1500 you would want the part # RP30035 which is a universal kit that fits your truck and will work with the Curt E16 hitch part # C16115 that you interested. With these two items you'd be ready to tow a fifth wheel trailer.
