Most of the RV roof vents we have available, such as the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Metal # V2110SP-24, can be adjusted a bit based on the roof thickness. This particular vent includes a garnish that is designed to fit roofs from 1-7/8 inches to 3 inches thick. If the aluminum roof on your trailer is thinner than this, you may need to add a trim ring like a piece of 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch plywood.
For an installation kit, I recommend using the part # 344270KITW, which includes the necessary sealant and screws for installing the vent.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this vent, along with a link that will take you to our available selection of RV roof vents that you can also look through.
