Why Are Hitch Adapters for 1-1/4 inch Hitch Not to Be Towed With

Just wondering why u cant use two pull a trailer with this

Hitch adapters create quite a bit of leverage and movement in the hitches they are installed in. Since 1-1/4 inch hitches are very low in capacity already it's not a good idea to use an adapter like the part # HTAD to tow with.
You'd just need to get a 1-1/4 inch ball mount to fit the hitch and there'd be no need for an adapter like the # 3594.
