Recommended Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack for 2007 Honda Accord

For your 2007 Honda Accord, I recommend the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24787 for a couple of reasons.

First, unlike the Curt hitches that are also confirmed to fit this vehicle, installing the Draw-Tite Trailer HItch will not require any drilling, as it will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame. Additionally, Curt requires the use of stabilizing straps like # 18050 for non-trailer loads like a bike rack or cargo carrier. Draw-Tite does not have this same requirement, and because this is exactly what you will be using the hitch for, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite model # 24787 because these straps can be a bit of a hassle to use and install.

When choosing a bike rack, you will just need to make sure it is compatible with Class I trailer hitch receivers. Also keep in mind that the most bikes a Class I hitch can safely support with a carrier is 2.
