Since a lot of our part numbers typically resemble the manufacturers original part number it is very likely that the Replacement Dome Assembly # BVD0449-A03 that you referenced is the part that you are looking for.

This replacement lid is a wedge shape and measures 14" x 14". It will specifically fit Ventline roof vent models V2092, V2094, V2119, and V2128, but is also compatible with you have a continuous style hinge.

Just double check the measurement of your lid and the hinge type to confirm the fit.
