My understanding is they dont make a 3 step for a 24inch door, do you know if they plan on it anytime soon? Or how hard is it to cut the 4 step down to make it work?

The Lippert SolidStep available to fit a 24 inch wide doorway opening is the 3 step # LC698799 or the 4 step version part # LC791574. If your door threshold height is between 27 and 36 inches use the 3 step and if it is 35 and 44 inches the 4 step would work well for you.
