Here are the specs: Total weight boat and trailer: 2,200 lbs trailer: single axle, no brakes axle diameter: 1.875 C-C distance between springs: 59 Hub face to hub face: 73 Wheel bolt pattern: 5 on 4.5 Tires: ST175/80R13

I have the perfect replacment trailer axle for your boat trailer. For this, I recommend using the Dexter Trailer Axle part # T20BTR-7258. The Dexter trailer axle measures 72" from the face of each hub and 58" from the center of each spring seat. The measurements you gave are likely the same as what is listed above because the start of each measurement could vary slightly from person to person.

The outside diameter of this trailer axle is 1.75" which should be what is on your trailer now. In order to add brakes to this axle you will need a brake mounting flange like part # 4-34, braking assembly like part # 23-398-399, hub/drum like part # 8-271-7UC3, brake line kit like part # 15SI-BLKIT, and brake actuator. In order to recommend a brake actuator I would need to know the hitch ball size you need in addition to the trailer frame dimensions.

I have also attached a help article that goes over everything you will need to add hydraulic drum brakes to a trailer.
