We have the brake controller install harness part # 3016-S which will plug into the port under the dash of your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 and will give you 4 blunt cut wires you can then wire to your brake controller.

Or if you have a Tekonsha controller like the P2 part # 90885 you can use the part # 3016 and it will plug directly into the controller's connector as well.
