Question:
I have a boat trailer that needs a complete brake kit. The trailer is a tandem axle and has the 6 lug setup. The boat weighs 4000 pounds. Is there a kit you guys sell to set me up from scratch, thanks.

I would need some more information before setting you up. What is your axle's weight capacity? Do you have an idler hub or hub and drum? What size are your wheels? I'm going to send you a link to a couple of help articles on what you'll need to add brakes and if you can get back to me with more info I'd be more than happy to help.
Question:
Weight capacity is 7000#, hub and drum, and 15 inch rim.

The first thing you'll need to make sure is that you have a brake mounting flange such as # 4-35 which is for 2-3/8" round axles; if you do not have a mounting flange you need to have them welded on to your axle by a qualified welder.
You mentioned you had a tandem axle trailer and the capacity was 7,000 lbs so I assume the axles are rated for 3,500 lbs individually which would mean your 6 lug hub and drum assembly such as # AKHD-655-35-K would need 10" brake assemblies. I recommend putting brakes on both axles to ensure the proper stopping power and the Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35-D would be a great choice. These are marine-grade assemblies with a free-backing design; you need Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B to install these and for adjusting them you need Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630 as well.
Finally, you need Titan Brake Actuator # T43397007K which mounts on a 3" wide tongue and a coupler which can fit 1-7/8", 2" and 50 mm hitch balls as well as Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 24TA-BLKIT which has the necessary brake hoses and fittings so you can run brake fluid from the actuator to your brakes.
I've added links to video reviews of each of these parts for you to take a look at.
