Fifth Wheel Wiring Harness for 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:

Where can I get a connector to put on the end of the harness? I thought I was getting a connector installed when I purchased the truck new. I see you have receptacles to mount in the bed but not a connector to put on the end of the stub wiring that GM supplies to plug into the back of it. I was thinking of your item Item # C57101 but it requires a GM connector to plug into the back of it.

I believe what you are looking for is the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck # 41157. This is a plug-in which will allow you to run a 7-way to your 2015 Chevy Silverado's truck bed. I have added a link to this part being installed on a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for you to take a look at.

Question:

Attached is a picture. It is a stub harness spliced into the truck wiring harness. I need a connector to put on this stub to connect into one of the receptacles for a trailer to hook into. If I had not ordered this option, one of the harnesses available would have worked OK. I didn't really want to buy an expensive harness just to cut the connector off the end to splice it onto the existing cable. If that is what I have to do, I would want the least expensive cable with the connector on it so as not to waste any more money than necessary.

Thank you for the photo. Since you have the wiring all you are going to need is the 7-Pole Trailer Socket # PK12-707E and you can connect your wires to that, or there is an option with a pigtail # HM47210. I have added a link to a video showing installations which should be useful, as well as a help article on trailer wiring.
