Which CURT underbed gooseneck hitch kit comes with the drill template for center mount ball? I have an 2017 F250 diesel truck with 6 and 3/4 bed.

The Curt gooseneck hitch part # C60700 which is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Ford F-250 does come with instructions that detail where to drill for the ball hole. I checked the instructions and they state to use the factory dimple above the axle as the place to drill the hole needed for the ball to come through.

The Curt hitch part #C60700 that you referenced is an aftermarket style gooseneck hitch for your 2017 Ford F-250. That means that your 2017 Ford F-250 you need an adapter like the part #CAB-C5G to tow a fifth wheel trailer.
