Hello I have a gas class a motorhome. It has a 5,000 lb hitch. I am towing an Elantra on a tow dolly a car caddy 3 is their a dual hitch adaptor I can use ? The bottom for towing the car/ dolly and the top section for a bike rack carrying two bikes? Thanks,

Yes, dual hitch adapters like the part # D-192 are designed for just what you are describing. Allowing you to tow something and then also carry a hitch rack. A better option though might be the part # D210 which has a ball mount platform and a hitch opening on top.
The advantage to this is that it does not reduce the capacity of the hitch on your vehicle by 50 percent like the # D-192 does.
