Question:
I have a Thule bar from an older car I had. Since I have utility trailer I think it’ll be easier to load/unload gears if I were able to somehow attach the Thule bars on top of the utility trailer. Is there a such “feet’s” or attachment to do what I’m thinking of?

For your Thule bars to fit your utility trailer, the Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710401 will fit around side rails similar to the diameter of raised roof rails on most vehicles. They you would only need the locks # TH450400.
If your rails are thicker, then you would need the Podium Feet # TH460R and then the Thule Fit Kit for Podium Style Foot Pack # THKIT3101 which you can mount to the raised rails directly or use a track system like # THTB60 for movable rails.
Another option would be to use the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers and Camper Shells - Steel - 7' Long - 150 lbs # S80510 or the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack - Square Crossbars # SR1020.
