No, installing the MagnaFlow 4" Exhaust Tip # MF35181 would not void the warranty on your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. If you are concerned because it is a weld-on then you could use # MF35187 if your existing exhaust pipe is a 4 inch. This one is a clamp-on.
