Can Trailer Hub and Drum AKHD-655-6-K be Used if the Outer Bearing & Race are Different than Origina

the outer race in my hub is lm67010 the new hub comes with 15245 outer race will this work for me

Yes because the outer race 15245 is associated with outer bearing 15123 which has an inner diameter of 1.25". The race you have now, LM67010, is associated with bearing LM67048 which also has an inner diameter of 1.25".
This means the new bearing will fit the spindle you have and matches the race for hub # AKHD-655-6-K.
