The ST175/80D13 tires on your trailer feature an overall diameter of just barely over 24 inches, so you will need a cover that is designed for 24 inch tires.

For this, I recommend looking at the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers - White # 290-3954. These are designed to fit 24 inch to 26 inch tires and feature overlapping seams and double-needle stitching to ensure durability. They will do a great job of protecting the tires and wheels from water, dirt, and UV rays. The vinyl construction is water-repellent and the covers will easily slip over the tires and secure tightly with bungee cords.
