For idler hubs, you will want the Trailer Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-2-1K or the 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern # AKIHUB-440-2-1K. This is a standard BT8 spindle. I've attached an installation video to assist as well as an article on bolt pattern.

Question:

I read ur email and recommendation, I've compared the bt8 and bt16 spindle and my spindle doesn't seem to match either one exactly, on the pics I'm sending seems like I have the diameter of a bt16 spindle with the grease seal of a bt8 spindle. My question is first of all is this possible and second do I buy a bt16 spindle hub and buy a bt8 grease seal? In addition, the bt8 recommends up to a 12" wheel and I currently have a 13" wheel.

Thanks for the pictures with the caliper. It is an interesting spindle, but it is possible. I recommend the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,200-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # 8-258-5UC1. The bearings and bolt pattern will work with your spindle and your 13 inch wheels. The seal will not work, so you will need to find a seal that will be a perfect fit. We don't have one that is a perfect fit for your spindle and this assembly, but # RG06-010 will be extremely close and will most likely work.
