What is the hole size for the light and rubber grommet to fit in?

The light dimensions of the Optronics LED # TLL12RK are 7-9/16" long x 2-3/4" tall x 3/4" deep and the hole size needed is 6.75" by 2.5 inches. I confirmed this with my contact at the manufacturer and I've attached a template they sent to assist.
