The Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM30630 is a good choice for you. Its galvanized wheel will resist corrosion and rust and is perfect for a boat application. This pre-mounted tire and wheel combination comes mounted and ready to install and is rated for highway speeds up to 65 mph.
However, you mentioned you wanted higher speeds. If you want a speed rating of 81 mph, you would need to purchase the tire and wheel separately then have them mounted at a local shop. For a higher speed rating tire that has a 12 inch diameter we have the # TTWSF48012C. This comes with a tire size of 4.80-12 and a speed rating of 81 mph. The pressure rating for this tire is 90 psi which means you have to run this psi at all times. Failure to do so means the tire will heat up, have diminished capacity, and will wear bad. If you were running too high of pressure in your trailer tires that would be why they are wearing in the middle. These tires are rated for a capacity of 990 pounds each so they would work for your load for sure.
You would then choose a 12 inch wheel with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. For a galvanized wheel, you could go with the Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - Galvanized Finish, Item # AM20124. Or if you want a more traditional look, you could go with the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - White Powder Coat # AM20140.
I believe that the extra step of having them mounted is worth the higher speed rating.
