The Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 that you referenced will replace a standard 14" x 14" vent.
The cover itself, part # BVD0449-A01, is compatible with any 14" x 14" vent that has a continuous hinge. I have attached links to installation videos of both the vent and the vent cover itself.
