Will Thule M6 x 80mm Bolt # 915-068-054 Fit a Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 SV Cargo Box

Question:

I bought the TH04851 a few years back, but it seems like you no longer sell that part. I need a longer bolt and was wondering would item # 915-068-054 fit properly through the saddle quick release. I think you still sell that individually at https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Thule/TH04106.html. My concern is the diameter of the bolt head or the square top would be too small and slip through the quick release causing rattling and/or coming apart altogether. Could you please verify that this part fits for the saddle quick release?

You are correct about part TH04851. It is no longer available. Both the bolts that came with that discontinued part kit and bolt # 915-068-054 are M6 bolts so you will be able to use the longer # 915-068-054. This bolt is sold in quantities of 1 so you would need 8 of them total to replace all the bolts in the original kit.
