If you just need brackets and not a kit that includes the rails, there are a few options for a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500.

You could use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, # RP50140. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. The complete kit including rails and all the hardware would be # RP50140-58.

If you wanted a semi-custom option, you would need the Reese Universal Kit, # RP30439, and the Reese Mounting Bracket Kit, # RP58186, as you have indicated. Since this is a semi-custom kit, it will take longer for installation and there will be more drilling involved when compared to the custom kit. The complete kit including rails and hardware would be # RP30035-186.

All of the bracket only kits listed above (the ones that DO NOT come with rails) come with the hardware to install the brackets to the truck, but you will need to add the hardware to attach the 5th wheel rails to the brackets using # RP58430.
