Starting with the Timbren Axle-Less System, I recommend the Timbren Suspension System # ASR3500S05. This system features two independent units with straight spindles and a 3,500 pound capacity. It does include brake mounting flanges that can work with both electric or hydraulic disc brakes like what you are wanting to do.

I have attached an installation video on this system that you can take a look at.

Then, for a disc brake kit that will work perfectly with the Timbren system, I recommend the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35DS. These hubs will fit the Timbren spindles and the assemblies will bolt right up to the 4 bolt mounting flange. The Dacromet-plated hub-and-rotor assemblies will do a great job resisting corrosion. The hubs feature a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and will work with wheels that are 13 inches or larger.

The largest size wheel we have available that features the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you will need is with a 15 inch wheel like the Aluminum Liger # LH35FR. I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of 15 inch wheels that you can look through.
