Question:
Hi! Im going to be pulling a 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L as a Toad for a 6,000 mile trip through mountains, etc... I have the ReadyBrake system, Blue Ox tow bar and base plate all rated for my weights. I wanted to know if I have to supply power to my Odyssey to keep teh battery from dying or if I need to install a battery disconnect or both? I know there are 40foot cables for running from the RV to the toad to supply power but if I dont need that and can just use the disconnect that would be best. Thanks for your help!

Your 2006 Honda Odyssey does not need to have its battery disconnected to be flat towed, though you will need either a wiring kit such as # RM-154 to power its brake lights and turn signals. Or, you could simply use Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK to give you these lights, but regardless of your choice your battery does not need to be disconnected.
