If I connect the blue ox tow bar to the Smitty built xrc bumper D-rings where do you connect the safety chains?

When using D-ring adapters, like part # BX88357, to flat tow your Jeep you generally need to connect the safety cables to the Jeep's frame.
One way to connect to the frame using cables like # RM-643 is to add extensions # RM-910648-20.
