Thank you for your photo showing that the top of the receiver opening on your 2013 Sierra's 2-1/2-inch hitch is at 21-inches above ground level. I cannot see the height of the level trailer but I would guesstimate it is roughly 6 to 8-inches lower than the truck based on what I can see of your ball mount.

If you'd like a ball mount with up to 8-inches of drop and a built-in tongue weight scale you might like the Weigh Safe Class V 2-Ball mount # WS8-25 or part # WS10-25 with up to 10-inches of drop.
