Question:
I am 70 years old and cannot walk without assistance such as a walker or step railing. We purchased the EHS-102-R for use with a rental trailer at Carlsbad State Beach in California. We have to disassemble the steps in order to transport them to the beach from Tucson, Arizona. Please help me with disassembly instructions and what the final dimensions will be.

I went out to the warehouse to see what size box we ship the Econo Porch Trailer Step # EHS-102-R in and found it to measure about 35" x 47-1/2". As far as disassembly goes, once you remove the handrail the stairs simply collapse. Since the stairs come as one piece I don't advise trying to break them down any further than what they ship out as.
Attached is a photo of what comes in the box when you receive it and the instructions that are included. This is as far as you should go when breaking it down to store for transportation.
