Question:
I installed the tow bar are duo Smi supplement breaking system and disconnected the battery are recommended by the manufacturer. However when I disconnect the battery the supplemental breaking system does not operate. I installed the system as illustrated in the video you posted with the 2015 Colorado. Any suggestion?

We have the perfect solution for your exact situation. What you need is an outlet kit part # RM-9332. This wires directly to the vehicle battery to give you power source/outlet that draws directly from the battery which will be active when the battery is disconnected.
