How Does Titan Model 60 Actuator Manually Lock Out

why cant i find a description as to how to initiate the lockout?..how exactly do you lock out when backing the trailer?

Locking out a Titan Model 60 actuator like the part # T63FR that you referenced requires inserting the lock out tool into the into the slot right behind the portion of the coupler that inserts into the outer casing. I pointed out where in the attached picture. The second picture shows the tool.
