Question:
My trailer keeps blowing the truck fuse. I have isolated the problem to the neutral wire on the trailer. I can disconnect all of the wires except the neutral and ground and it will still blow the fuse, also the fuses are getting hot. The lights do not work at any time or even blink on before the fuse blows. I could not find any problems with the wires that are exposed but it is an enclosed trailer so there is a lot of wire I cannot see.

You've done a great job so far tracking down where the problem is. The unfortunate part though is that there is a short somewhere on the wiring of the circuit that you just haven't been able to find. You'll need to somehow find a way to track down where it is or use new wire to bypass the old wiring and short like with part # 12-1-1 which is 12 gauge wire sold by the foot.
