I am looking at Item # C13144, trailer hitch for my 2018 Subaru Forester. In the Draw-Tite installation video it shows fish wires used to feed the bolts through the frame. Do these come with the installation kit that comes with either hitch?

Yes, the fishwire needed to install the Curt hitch part # C13144 that you mentioned comes with the hitch. All needed hardware comes with this hitch. I attached a picture of all the hardware plus the install video down below as well.
