On your 1999 Ford F-350 dually it sounds like you are looking for the best option for a smoother ride and that you already have the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550. If so, do you have the Firestone Ride-Rite LS Rear Shock Absorbers # F4354 designed to work with those air bags on your vehicle? If not, I recommend adding them.
You also already have the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA13 which I can see in the photo you attached.
Based on these parts, I recommend adding Firestone LS shocks # F4354 if that is the system you have first. To add the RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611 you would not need to remove the Firestone products, but you would need to remove the SuperSprings as they install in the same location. I do believe the RAS is a superior option to the Superspring # SSA13, but I'd go with adding the Firestone shocks prior to changing your system.
