on part number AKEBRK-35 , came with no nuts to hold to axle? need them

The etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35 referenced in your question does not include the nuts and lockwashers for mounting the assemblies to the trailer. For this hardware kit, you can use part # BRKH10B. This kit includes 8 nuts and 8 lockwashers for mounting two brake assemblies.
