Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness for a 1998 Ford E-350 Ambulance

ok if I install this part is there another harness to convert it from a 4 prong to a 7 prong round plug in?

The only type of trailer wiring harness we have that will work for your 1998 Ford E-350 with a service body is a universal one like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT. This kit will require you to cut and splice into the factory wires on your vehicle but there is no way around this as they do not make a plug-in kit for the service body models. This kit comes with a circuit tester so you can find the correct wires and all of the other parts you need for installation.
