Question:
Hello, I have a bare roof on my basic model Kia Sportage 2013. I need to transport a canoe about 20 feet. Would this kit be all i need for the complete roof rack and does it fit my vehicle roof style? Thanks for your help. Part Numbers: INB137,INSUT,INK701

Roof racks for your 2013 Kia Sportage that has a bare roof are displayed on the linked page and these include racks from Inno and others. For the Inno 54-inch square bar rack you referenced you will need to order parts # INB137, # INSUT and # INK701.
On your vehicle this rack will install with a 28-inch bar spread; the rack weight capacity is 120-lbs. It is a good idea to check your Kia owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle the weight of the canoe. Of course, the canoe cannot weigh more than either the rack capacity or the roof capacity.
The other linked page displays the canoe carriers that will fit on the Inno square bars. These include pad style carriers like Rhino-Rack's # RRRWP05, saddle carriers like the lightweight Swagman Exo Aero carrier # S65145 and even gunwale-mount carriers like Thule's Portage # TH819 and Yakima's KeelOver # Y04069.
