Hitch and Wiring Harness Installation in 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite

I have a 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. I want to add a trailer hitch 75270 and wiring harness 118521 . Is there a lower profile trailer hitch that has minimal material removal and do the instructions for the wiring harness include removal/installing of the vacuum equipment?

All of the hitches offered for the 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite, shown on the linked page, will install as close to the bottom of the bumper cover as possible. The Odyssey and similar vehicles like the Toyota Sienna have a low-slung rear end without a lot of extra clearance so all hitches designed for this vehicle need to have a fairly snug fit under the bumper.
Among the 2-inch options, there are hitches that have different installation processes. Draw-Tite # 75270 may require some trimming of underbody panels but its overall installation is easier than the 2-inch Draw-Tite hitch # 76025 which requires bumper removal. This hitch will have slightly more clearance at the corners when you are turning up an inline since its cross tube will be higher up, under the bumper cover. An install video for # 75270 is linked for your review.
4-pole wiring harness # 118521 installs in the rear of the cargo area (please see the linked video for this item too) but the written instructions linked for you do not mention the vacuum equipment.
