Question:
I was wondering since this is a class iv hitch does it use a standard pin for the hitch. Just wondering if i can use my current ballmounts from my class 3 with this hitch?

Curt Class IV trailer hitch # C14081 takes a 5/8 inch diameter pin the same as a Class III hitch. The outer width of the receiver is the same as well so the pin or lock does not have to be any longer. You can use your existing ball mounts that you were previously using with a Class III hitch. No worries!
