Will this key fit the lock on our Sears, X-Cargo, Sport 20 rooftop carrier? The key is stamped with the number: 2818.

The Replacement Key for Thule and Sportrack Racks and Carriers # THKEYN2818 is a replacement for the key you have which is compatible with lock cylinders with 2818 stamped on them. The Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 is made by Thule, so the locks are compatible. We do not have the matching lock cylinders for that specific key.

If the lock cylinders don't match, then you will need to use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 2 # TH450200 which comes with the control key, two cylinders and matching keys.
