The etrailer.com trailer hitch receiver, part # E98846, does not require a support strap for its warranty. The hitch itself is rated and can handle up to 525 pounds of tongue weight but you also need to make sure your vehicle can.
I looked up an owner's manual for the 2017 Nissan Rogue, which the # E98846 does fit, and it lists the vehicle's maximum tongue weight at 110 pounds. You're always limited by your lowest rated component, which is usually the vehicle itself, so adding a higher rated hitch will not increase the overall capacity.
I've linked a video of the Curt hitch being installed on a Rogue for you so you can see the process. It's the same design as the etrailer.com hitch.
