The 10 inch brake assemblies that you mentioned having in your question most likely indicates that you have a 3,500 pound axle on your 2006 Fleetwood Niagara Trailer. If this is the case, it is extremely likely that the spindles and hubs on your trailer use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. For a complete kit that includes these bearings along with the 10-19 seal (1.719 inch inner diameter, 2.565 inch outer diameter), races, cotter pin, and tang washer, you can use part # BK2-100.
I do recommend verifying that this is correct by pulling one of your hubs and checking for the bearing numbers that should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves. You can also take a few measurements along the spindle where the bearings sit if you can't read the numbers. I have attached an image that shows exactly where these measurements will be taken.
