Question:
My Jeep has a 4 pin plug installed on it.My trailer has a 6 pin connector, it also has separate brake lights and turn signal lights. Is there an adapter that would separate the power from the 4 pin plug on the brake/turn wire to make them separate power wires to fit the trailer wiring?

In order to allow for the 4-way trailer connector on your Jeep to operate the lights on your trailer you will first need to install a converter box on the trailer like part # C56196 which will combine the brake and turn signals. You will then need to install a male 4-way trailer connector like part # HM38168 on the trailer that will attach to the opposite end of the converter box. In order to make these connections I recommend using part # DW05744-10.
In order to allow for the 6-way trailer connector on your trailer to be operated by the vehicle you will still want to use converter box part # C56196 but instead of replacing the male 6-way trailer connector on the trailer you will want to replace the female 4-way trailer connector on the vehicle with a female 6-way like part # PK12720.
