Question:
I have a Palomino truck camper and there is only 3/4inch of wall below the entry threshold. There is a piece of trim that will not allow the mounting bracket to set flush with the wall. Can you suggest an alternate mounting method? Can these steps just hook over the threshold of the door? Thanks,

The Brophy Camper Scissor Steps part # AS24 will require 1-1/4" of clearance between the bottom of the door and bottom of the cab on your Palomino Truck Bed Camper in order for the mounting bracket to attach. If you removed a portion of the trim piece where the bracket would mount to allow it to sit flush and this provides the minimum of 1-1/4" then you could do this. However, if not you would need to attach some heavy duty l-brackets to the underside of the body and mount the steps to that.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
