On a 2010 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter there is not a wiring harness plug under the dash. Whether you have the Factory 7-way or not, there is not wiring connected for a brake controller. If you don't have the 7-way, then you can use the # ETBC7 wiring kit along with a 4-way trailer connector like # 118650 if you don't already have one.

If you already have the factory 7-way, then you can use wiring # 5506 to connect the electric brake controller to your battery and to your 7-way trailer connector at the rear of your vehicle.
