If your spindle is a straight spindle that measures 1 inch where both bearings ride you have the BT8 style spindle so for a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you'd want the part # 8-258BTUC1 and you'd be set.
The correct Bearing Buddy would then be the part # BB1980A.
