Question:
We have a 2014 Prime Time Crusader Fifth Wheel. We had a mishap with our steps and we are looking for a replacement. The only concern is that the steps are mounted on our RV using what looks like outriggers and the steps are mounted to the sides, not the top. The bolts that mount the step unit to the outrigger are 4 1/2 inches apart. Are the two bolt holes on the LC432690 at the top of the unit spaced at 4 1/2? Would this unit reusing the old outriggers work for me? Thanks for your help.

The Lippert Manual Pull Out steps part # LC432690 that you referenced is designed to fit the outriggers you have on your trailer. Most RV steps attach to the mounting brackets on the sides like this so what you have is pretty normal. As long as your outriggers are 27-1/2 inches between them then this will fit and work well.
