Will Adco RV Cover Hold Up in Arizona Heat

In the reviews I see some complaints about the cover not holding up in blistering Arizona sun/heat. Are these valid concerns?

The only review I found regarding the Arizona sun and heat for the Adco RV covers like the part # AD37ZR says that after a year it was holding up. I attached a picture.
