Is there a adapter I can buy to plug in to the truck tail light harness and then connect to the headache rack wiring for the lights. Thanks

The B&W Custom Headache Rack w/ LED Brake, Turn, Tail Lights # BWPUCP7500WA that you referenced uses standard 4-way wiring to power the lighting functions. So what you can do is install the # C55384 behind the 7-way of your truck and then wire a 4-way part # HM38134 to the headache rack and you'd have a very easy to install wiring setup.
