The Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # 9468-94 comes with safety chain u-bolts, like are shown in the accompanying photo. Those u-bolts do come with the kit and if you take a look at the linked installation instructions you can see how they install.
