Replacement Vent Motor and Lid for a Dutchmen Aerolite 256RBGS Travel Trailer
Question:
I have a Dutchmen Aerolite 256rbgs travel trailer. I would like to replace the fan motor as it is making noise. Also while Im at it I would like to replace the vent covers on them as they are deteriorating from sun exposure, the owner before me didnt have vent covers over them,I do now. They are black. Could you tell me the vents brand? Also can you send me the model numbers of the vent covers and motor so I could order them. I have ordered items from Etrailer before and you guys have been very helpful. Thank you in advance for your help.

We do not have a list of parts used on your Dutchmen Aerolite trailer so to determine the correct replacement parts for your trailer it will require some measuring and examination of existing parts.
The fan motor is likely going to be # BVD0218-00 because this motor is now used as the replacement for most old and new Ventline roof vents. But you can check the motor on your vents now for model information and specs and that will help.
The cover or lid itself could be one of several designs. Basically if you do not see a model number somewhere on the vent assembly, inside or outside, you will need to go by the size and the hinge style. The vent opening is likely a 14-1/4 inch square which would make it a standard size. The hinge though could be one of several styles. I have included a picture that shows the different hinge styles.
